There is much controversy on the "proper way" to perform differnet types of spell casting. We will give you our tried and true, time honored and tested methods. But keep in mind, these are right for us, they may not be right for you. These are not a manual on casting, simply a guide to help you find your personal path.

In the near future, we will give you our personal techniques for everything from casting the actual spells to our herb gathering processes. We hope that you will use these as guidelines only and develop your own ways that work for you.
